Access arrangements for external visitors or members of the wider academic community may be considered at the discretion of the LRC.

Access and Membership

Current students and staff of the University are automatically eligible to use the LRC facilities and services using their valid University ID Card.

The University ID Card also serves as the user’s library card for borrowing eligible materials and accessing selected services within the LRC.

Academic visitors and external users may be granted limited access subject to prior approval and applicable University regulations.

Users are expected to comply with all LRC policies, regulations, and codes of conduct whilst using LRC facilities and resources.

Visitors may be required to:

  • Register at the Information Desk
  • Present valid identification upon request
  • Comply with University security and access procedures
  • Observe all LRC rules relating to conduct, study spaces, and resource usage
