The LangMedia Resources for World Languages offer formal spoken Arabic Dialogues audios  with transcript. These are related to Alif- Ba and Al-Kitaab books part one.  Levels A1-B2

The  Arabic Webcasts from the Project of the National Capital Language Resource Center (NCLRC), USA has adapted news for Students of Arabic in MP3 format with transcript and exercises.  Level: B1-C1.

The LangMedia Levantine  Arabic Audio and Video Materials has materials at a range of different levels.  The videos are Arabic situations and organised according to topic, accompanied by a transcript.
