Subject Taster

Subject taster days give you the opportunity to discover what it would be like to study your chosen subject at degree level.

To request your place on a subject taster, please complete the form below.

We try to accommodate as many students as possible in our outreach provision and in most cases are able to offer places to all. However, in the case of oversubscription on events, priority will be given to students from groups currently under-represented in Higher Education, and to young people with little or no experience of Higher Education in their family.

The information that has been provided in this form will be treated in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (2016), the UK Data Protection Bill (to become the Data Protection Act 2018) and all applicable Data Protection laws. Due to the nature of the funding of these events, organisations that require the information for the funding, delivery, evaluation and tracking of outreach activities, the Universities and Colleges Admissions Service (UCAS) and the Higher Education Statistics Authority (HESA) will be given access to the data.

This data will be anonymised for these reporting purposes and stored on a secure database for future tracking.
