Step Three - Formal registration and booking guest tickets
The ceremony schedule will be published online in the week commencing 30 March. At this time you will be emailed your invitation to formally register for graduation. Your invitation will state the precise time and date of your ceremony.
You need to register on your RISIS web portal by Sunday 3 May 2020.
Graduation is a special time for you and your guests. Unfortunately, due to the space limitations of our historic Great Hall, we can only allow two ticketed guests entry to the Hall per graduand.
You can apply for guest tickets when you register on the portal and we will endeavour to allocate you tickets. Priority will be given to those who successfully completed the expression of interest process prior to formal graduation registration.
There is no charge for guest tickets. Graduating students do not require a ticket themselves for their ceremony. We will be able to fully confirm your guest ticket allocation by Friday 29 May at the latest
Whilst only ticketed guests are able to enter the Great Hall, we do not put any limit on the number of guests that can come to the London Road campus itself. Guests without tickets for the Great Hall can watch the ceremonies live on big screens in the Video Relay Rooms provided on the same campus.
