Selecting the optional modules for your programme
If you are an undergraduate or postgraduate taught student and your programme offers optional modules, you will be required to select these online each year. There are some programme exceptions where it is not possible to select modules online, where this is the case, you will be contacted directly to your university email account providing instructions on what you need to do to select your modules. Answers to questions you may have about module selection.
Please log into RISIS to check the requirements of your programme.
If you are permitted to take an Institution-Wide Language Programme (IWLP) module, alongside other optional modules offered which are starting in Semester 1, you must contact the module selection team at moduleselection@reading.ac.uk. Please ensure that you use your university email account, providing the module code and title you would like to take.
