Annual reports

The University publishes equality and diversity data annually to assess the progress made and challenges faced in achieving our equality and diversity objectives.

This takes the form of two separate reports - the annual Diversity and Inclusion Report and the annual Gender Pay Gap Report.

Our Diversity and Inclusion Report summarises actions and activities undertaken over the year in review, and priorities for the coming year. It also reports on the institutional targets agrees by the University Executive Board in 2015,

Our annual Gender Pay Gap Report provides an update on:

  • Gender pay gap (mean and median averages)
  • Gender bonus gap (mean and median averages)
  • Proportion of men and women receiving bonuses
  • Proportion of men and women in each quartile of the organisation's pay structure

Employers with more than 250 staff are required by law to publish these figures annually.
