Filming should not affect normal University Library services nor the work or privacy of Library users (unless specific arrangements have been made in advance). Appropriate permissions must be sought from anyone who might appear in the film, even if they are in the background. 

 

Current students and staff

To request permissions to film or take photographs in the Library, please fill out our online form with the details of your request. Forms should be submitted at least two working days before you would like to use the building. Students should provide confirmation from your tutor that filming in the Library is required for your course.
