As part of students' transition to life at a UK HE, our online English Conversation Café this week will be based on the topic of the LGBT+ Community and Pride as part of our Introduction to New Cultures series for LGBT+ History Month.
Our English Conversation Cafés help create a global network of Reading-based and Reading-linked students. You can meet up and help each other with your language and subject learning, confidence, intercultural understanding, and international engagement.
Each café has a different focus, allowing you to learn more about your peers, communities, and the world around you.
These year-round, multi-award-winning cafés are open to all.
Registration is required for online participation. Registration closes 48 hours before the café is scheduled to take place.
