Share your thoughts in the 2020 Staff Survey
Wednesday, 01 July 2020
As you know, the 2020 Staff Survey is collecting your feedback on our handling of the COVID-19 pandemic.
So far, nearly 2,000 of you have already provided your feedback - we thank each of you for taking the time to share your experiences.
If you haven't already completed it, you have until 12:00 Monday 6 July to share your feedback.
As with the previous two surveys, the 2020 Staff Survey is being run by an independent specialist research agency, Capita Surveys and Research. The survey should take no more than 10 minutes to complete, and all feedback will be completely confidential.
You should have received an email from Capita with instructions on how to complete the survey. The survey is also open to all colleagues taking furlough leave, and a letter providing details of how to take part has been sent out.
Please contact Susan Thornton, Assistant Director of HR if you have any general enquiries about the survey. If you need any technical support while completing the survey, please contact Capita directly as detailed in your invitation.
This is the third of the three planned staff surveys started in 2017 to understand how our colleagues feel about working at the University. Your feedback in the previous two surveys has been helpful in shaping the decisions that affect our whole community, in particular the development of the University's Strategic Plan.
Feedback and insights gained through this survey will help inform the work going into our Post COVID-19 Response Programme. We look forward to hearing your views.
