Reception and Administration Services

The main University Reception is located in Whiteknights House. Our receptionists based in Whiteknights House, Palmer Building, and London Road provide a professional, customer-focused service for staff, students and visitors to the University. Please see our SLA for more details.

Opening times

Reception Services are open in line with the below opening times, however please note that currently Whiteknights House reception is only open 08:30 to 13:00 until further notice.

  • Whiteknights House 08:30:17.00
  • Palmer Building 10:00-14:00
  • London Road 08:30-13:00

The Reception Staff offer a comprehensive service: welcoming visitors and directing them to their destination on campus, or contacting the relevant member of staff to come and collect them. For information on how to get to the University, please see the following pages:

The desk in Palmer Building is also able to offer a range of additional services, including:

  • bus timetables
  • taxi information
  • crime prevention advice
  • room booking details for Palmer Building.

The Reception & Administration Services team have responsibility for administering the University's parking systems, and lost and found property.
