Student Support Coordinators

Student Support Coordinators

Have a question about your course or need help submitting an essay? Your Student Support Coordinator can help with any queries you may have.

Each School has a Student Support Coordinator who is dedicated to helping you with any queries you may have about your course or other aspects of student life.

You can talk to your Student Support Coordinator in your Support Centre for assistance on all teaching, learning and wellbeing issues. They can help you with a range of things - from submitting essays, to help with changing a module or submitting an exceptional circumstances (EC) request.

Locations and contact details are listed in the drop downs below, please note we are still able to receive phone calls, however the main souce of contact is Ask A Question:

Ask a Question is the main method for contacting your Student Support Coordinator. Locations and telephone numbers are listed in the drop downs below. You can telephone between 10:00 and 17:00 each day, Monday to Friday.  Please see the information provided with the Support Centre locations for details of when you can visit to speak with a Student Support Coordinator in person.

Contacting your Student Support Coordinator

Ask a Question is the main method for contacting us. Please do not send multiple, duplicate enquiries as there is currently a large volume of enquiries and sending multiple messages slows the speed of response further.

You can telephone between 10:00 and 17:00 each day, Monday to Friday.  Please see the information provided with the Support Centre locations for details of when you can visit to speak with a Student Support Coordinator in person. Over Summer, Support Centres are open as usual.

If you wish to speak with a specific Student Support Coordinator please telephone or use Ask a Question to check their availability and arrange an appointment.

Additional support is provided by your Academic Tutor and the Student Services teams. For more information on the range of services offered in the Carrington building, contact the Student Services Reception:

Henley, ISLI & Research Students

If you are a Henley Business School student, please visit the Help Desk on the 1st floor of the Henley or ICMA buildings for all your support needs.

If you are a Pre-sessional English or International Foundation Programme student, please visit the ISLI Help Desk in room 224 on the second floor of the Edith Morley building for any support or queries.

Support for postgraduate research students is provided by the Graduate School.
