There’s a range of space to study on our campuses. open in line with social distancing requirements. Room capacities have been reduced, and some spaces may need to be pre-booked, as outlined below.
- The Library: Our recently refurbished Library provides a variety of study and PC spaces. Individual study spaces will be socially distanced to protect your health and safety and silent study space is available on the 5th floor. For more information on how to book a study space, please visit the Library’s Study Areas page and LibGuide.
- Study@URS: The ground floor of URS provides quiet and group study spaces, just next to the Library.
- Study space in RUSU: The Students’ Union provides space for individual or group working in The Study.
- Halls of Residence: If you live in Halls, there are a number of spaces in Childs, Mackinder, St George’s, Stenton, Wantage and Wessex, available to use for study. Ask your Halls reception team if you’re not sure where they are.
