Application for an MS SQL Server Database

Introduction

In order to obtain an empty database to modify and populate with your own data, please fill in the form below and submit it for processing. Please note there can be only one Database Owner and the Database Owner will be the only person with full control over the database.

If you wish to have a database larger than the default 10MB please also complete the Application for Extending a MS SQL Server Database.

Please note, if the database is to hold University information, it is essential to have a web information provider account. For further information please see the Index to World Wide Web help pages.
