IFP StudentsThe International Foundation Programme (IFP) at the University of Reading is an intensive access course with a long established reputation for academic excellence and student support.
The course has been especially designed for international students without British A level qualifications or the equivalent.

The IFP will provide you with the academic training, language and study skills to start your undergraduate studies with knowledge and confidence and will prepare you for undergraduate study in three ways:

  • by providing academic training in three subjects
  • by developing your English language abilities
  • by enabling you to acquire the study and life skills which you will need on your degree programme.
