PESTICIDES – Council discussions: Amendments of pesticides - maximum residue levels

The following is an extract from the minutes of the General Affairs Council meeting on the 27 February:

The Council decided not to oppose the adoption of a Commission regulation amending annexes II and III to regulation (EC) No 396/2005 as regards maximum residue levels for acibenzolar-Smethyl, benzovindiflupyr, bifenthrin, bixafen, chlorantraniliprole, deltamethrin, flonicamid, fluazifop-P, isofetamid, metrafenone, pendimethalin and teflubenzuron in or on certain products (5515/18 + ADD 1 + ADD 2).
