Essentials Your graduation and beyond Ceremony Schedule

Summer 2026 Ceremony Schedule

Student Registration

All students eligible to attend Graduation in July 2026 should receive their formal invitation, which includes their ceremony day and time, via email. The deadline to complete registration is Monday 4 May 2026

Students are encouraged to read the "Get ready to graduate" Essentials pages for all further details on Graduation, including registration.

Students who told us during the Expression of Interest process that they plan to graduate in absence or defer will be asked to confirm this during the Formal Registration process. Students who may have changed their mind since they expressed their interest will have the opportunity to instead register to attend graduation, or graduate in absence in July 2026, or defer until December 2026.

Visa Letters

Students requiring a visa support letter can email graduation@reading.ac.uk once they have confirmed their attendance through the formal registration process.
