Advertising options
Year round graduate vacancy advertising - free of charge
We are able to advertise graduate vacancies all year round, whether the vacancy is immediately available or whether it will commence the following year. Summary advertisements can be added to our website at any time and will remain until your deadline or six weeks from the date of entry, whichever is sooner.
Please note that the Careers Advisory Service reserves the right to refuse to carry any vacancy which it deems for whatever reason to be inappropriate to be advertised to the student population at the University of Reading.
Alternatively, vacancies may be emailed to us.
Higher profile advertising
Sponsor the jobs page for 2 weeks
Banner advertising with your company logo and a link to your website - £150 + VAT.
Jobs of the Week
Feature your vacancy in our "Jobs of the Week" section - £50 + VAT.
Emailing Students
Emails to students can also be arranged at a cost of £100 + VAT.
The terms and conditions for an email shot are:
- The Careers Advisory Service (CAS) asserts full editorial control over the content of the emails to be sent.
- CAS reserves the right to refuse to send an email shot without giving reason.
- Email shots must promote either job vacancies or relevant career events.
- CAS reserves the right to restrict the number of emails sent per week depending on demand.
- The cost will be £100 + VAT per year group (or part thereof). CAS reserves the right to decide whether a year group or targeted subject email is more appropriate.
- For each organisation, no more than two email shots per academic term will be allowed.
