Thinking about taking the next step in your education career? Join our live Q&A to find out more about the MA Education at the University of Reading and discover how postgraduate study could support your professional and career aspirations.
Offered by the University of Reading’s Institute of Education, the MA Education explores the wider philosophical, sociological and psychological dimensions of education, alongside key areas including teaching, leadership, mentoring, sustainability and educational research.
During this session, you’ll have the opportunity to learn more about the programme, explore your study options and ask questions about what it’s like to undertake postgraduate study. We’ll also discuss how the degree can help you develop the analytical and research skills needed to influence professional practice, decision-making and positive change in education.
The programme offers flexibility to suit a range of professional and personal commitments. You can choose to follow the general MA Education programme or tailor your studies through your choice of modules. Flexible part-time modular study is also available, allowing busy professionals to work towards a master’s degree alongside commitments such as employment or childcare. With some modules taught outside regular working hours, you can select options that fit more easily around your schedule.
Whether you’re a school teacher, education professional, aspiring education leader or simply considering further study in education, this live Q&A is a chance to discover whether the MA Education is right for you.
Join us to ask your questions, explore your options and find out how postgraduate study could help you take the next step in your career.
