Arriving out of hours?

If you’re arriving out of hours (between 17:30 – 08:30), your group reception is likely to be closed. Please read our Out of Hours Arrival Guide for information on how to gain access to your accommodation.

If you need any help during this process, please call the Halls Hotline on 0118 378 7777 or via the call point outside reception.

Your Welcome Talk

Once you have arrived in hall, you must attend a Welcome Talk. Talks will be held in the Palmer Building, G10.

The Welcome Talk provides an opportunity to learn about your Warden and Halls Team and you will be provided with essential information about living in halls and keeping safe.

You MUST attend one of the Welcome Talks and we do record attendance to ensure all residents have received a talk.
