Careers are here to help support you with your career planning no matter what stage you are currently at - here are our top tips and things you may wish to consider to help you take the next steps:

Book a careers appointment with one of our Careers Consultants

Whether you know what you want to do or not, booking a careers appointment is essential during your final year. Our qualified Career Consultants can give feedback on your application/CV, help you with the next step of your career search or provide advice and guidance for any student who is unsure about what they want to do. You could even book a Mock Interview. Our appointments are bookable online, in person or by phone and are offered 9-5, Monday-Friday.  Check availability and book via MyJobsOnline > search 'appointments'.

Attend careers workshops designed for final year students

Our events programme features a number of workshops that have been designed especially for our Final Year students. These will run alongside workshops that cover: exploring career areas, getting started with LinkedIn and a wide range of opportunities to meet employers on campus.

Finalist workshops will include: Ace Your Interviews, Applications Essentials, Assessment Centres, Graduate Recruitment Schemes, Online Applications, Working with SMEs, Video Interviews, and much, much more. View the latest events and book your place on MyJobsOnline > search 'events'.
