Thrive sign up
Am I eligible for a mentor?
If you are in your penultimate-study-year of your undergraduate degree and are able to spend one or two hours each month making contact with your mentor, then you are eligible to participate.
PLEASE NOTE - HBS students have a separate mentoring programme - find out more.
Signing up and mentor allocation:
Take a look at our available mentors and note down the code of the mentor you would most like to be matched with. SIGN UP NOW and submit your mentor choice. The team will either approve this match or suggest an alternative for you. Once you have been matched you must then sign up to mentee training which will prepare you for the year to come. Thrive is able to cater for a set number of students from each department, for more information on this contact the team.
Training:
Mentee training is compulsory for everybody involved in Thrive, including mentors. Both mentors and mentees are asked to complete a training session which will cover a range of topics relevant to your time on the scheme. Once you have completed training you will be provided with your mentors contact details and asked to introduce yourself via email. You can sign up on Monday, train on Tuesday and meet your mentor on Wednesday – it is that simple!
Networking:
Participants are invited to a networking event which will host mentors, mentees and university staff. This is a brilliant opportunity to meet with your mentor if you haven’t already done so, as well as getting to know your fellow mentees and mentors.
