Papers of Henry Curtis Cherry

Henry Curtis Cherry (1798–1864) prepared for publication a work on the history of Berkshire entitled Antiquarum et insignium familiarum in comitatu Bercheriensi prosapiae; or, Genealogies of Berkshire families. For lack of sufficient subscribers, however, the work was never published. His three massive manuscript volumes, with indexes, are now held by the University Special Collections.
