Information for SCARP Conference Paper and Abstract Page

As part of your project module (SE3IP11, SE3GP11, SE4RP11, SE4IP11) you are asked:

• to write up the most "original" feature of your project in the style of a short conference paper, following School style guide for academic papers, and limited to 4 sides A4.
• to produce an abstract page. All abstract pages will be published online on the SCARP website.
  

It is essential that all papers and abstract pages are produced in perfect formatting. For that you should use the abstract and paper templates provided below.

Your SCARP abstract page and paper are to be submitted in MS Word Document format (*docx) and that you name your files with your ITS username. For example, if your ITS username is siu01abc, name your files:

• Abstract page:   SurnameInitials_siu01abc_Abstract.docx
• Paper:  SurnameInitials_siu01abc_Paper.docx

This naming convention is important, as we have to deal with lots of SCARP papers and abstracts, and it makes it easier for the SCARP Team to distinguish between papers.

Submission of your SCARP paper and abstract page is to be done electronically by 10:30am Friday 21st March 2014.
