Preparing and delivering teaching in 2021/22

The Teaching and Learning Framework 2021/22 (log-in required) outlines the University's approach for delivering a supportive, flexible and quality learning experience for students during the academic year, in response to the uncertainties posed by the COVID-19 pandemic.

The framework describes how the flexible approach to in-person and online teaching can be used to bring together the on-campus and digital experience.

Additional guidance and policy are being updated to reflect the updated Framework and will be made available over the coming weeks.

The Centre for Quality Support and Development, offers a range of guidance, support and staff development to assist you with the preparation and delivery of teaching in 2021-22:

Practical toolkits: support T&L leadership, take a programme level approach, create module roadmaps, evaluate your approach and find policy & assessment guidance.

Practical toolkits: build your Blackboard modules, make screencasts, hold webinars, design inclusive materials and create learning activities.
