Following on from our consultation, the University of Reading submitted an outline planning application to Wokingham Borough Council.

This outline application is an important step, building on the principles established in the Local Plan Update and our shared vision for Loddon Garden Village. It proposes the development of up to 2,800 homes, along with a wide range of essential facilities and infrastructure to create a thriving new community. Applications for the remaining homes will be managed separately by Gleeson Land and Hatch Farm Land Ltd.
