ITS staff, services and facilities are distributed throughout the campus. However, the department is based at the Whiteknights IT Services Centre, which is between the Mathematics Building and Food Science, and where there is reception for deliveries, access to forms requesting ITS services and to a telephone to contact ITS Help.

IT Services welcomes feedback regarding our services; general feedback and comments should be sent to our Help service (firstname.lastname@example.org) where they can be directed to the relevant IT Services manager.
IT Services endeavours to provide a satisfactory, prompt and courteous service at all times. We recognise, however, that there may be occasions when standards fall short or when the normal feedback mechanisms may not fully address an issue. In such instances, please address your initial concerns to one of the Assistant Directors of ITS (Steve Gough, Anton Lawrence or Christine Storey) and, if they cannot resolve the issue to your satisfaction, please contact the Director of IT Services, John Leary, who will arrange to meet with you.
