ITS staff, services and facilities are distributed throughout the campus. However, the department is based at the Whiteknights IT Services Centre, which is between the Mathematics Building and Food Science, and where there is reception for deliveries, access to forms requesting ITS services and to a telephone to contact ITS Help.

IT Services welcomes feedback regarding our services; general feedback and comments should be sent to our Help service (its-help@reading.ac.uk) where they can be directed to the relevant IT Services manager.
Complaints
IT Services endeavours to provide a satisfactory, prompt and courteous service at all times.
