Bank details
If you need to change your bank account details (bank account, name and numbers) you can do this though Employee Self Service.
Employee Self Service allows you direct access to the University's Human Resources record of your own important personal and job details.
Please note:
Employee Self Service is an on-campus facility. You cannot log-in from home, from shared PC labs or via the University VPN. For further information on these access restrictions please see the Guidance Notes on the Employee Self Service introduction page.
Change in name/title
To change your surname or title please bring your marriage certificate or your PhD certificate to HR Operations where a copy will be taken as eveidence of the change. The original document will be returned to you.
You can then contact IT Services to arrange for a new email address to be created.
You will also need to contact your local tax office with your new details.
Change in address
You can update your address and other personal details by logging onto the Employee Self Service.
