Claim Procedures

 For making a motor claim involving an accident, please complete the Zurich Municipal Motor claim form (Word-236KB) or for making a motor claim involving fire or theft, please complete the Zurich Municipal Motor Fire & Theft claim form (Word - 191KB)
or alterternatively telephone Zurich Motor Claim's on 0845 602 5407 .

For anything to do with Breakdown assisting, Tyre repair/replacement, Routine servicing/Maintanence and Glass replacement please telephone Wessex Fleet Solutions               on: 0800 917 7402

• Fill in details on line and email to Zurich with any scanned attachments
  or
• Print off the form, complete and post to Zurich Municipal Motor Claims, PO Box 3322,
  Interface Business Park, Swindon SN4 8XW.

Quote policy number NHE-18CA07-0013 in either case.

For theft claims, please contact the University Insurance Office and please ensure you have to hand your Police Reference.
