LEVERHULME TRUST AWARD

Dr Helen Parish has won a prestigious £43,117 grant for her project 'The Parker Certificates: The State of the English Clergy in 1559'

BOOK PUBLICATION

Dr Rebecca Rist's Papacy and Crusading in Europe, 1198-1245 (Continuum, 10 Aug 2009) is the most recently published book by the Department's staff.  The book innovatively looks at crusades within Europe itself.
