Safeguards for children's foods
MEPs will be voting on a text agreed through the conciliation process on a Commission proposal streamlining existing Community legislation on food for special nutritional purposes .At issue was the demand from Parliament that food for babies, infants and young children should be as free as possible from pesticide residues.
