Public sector, Heritage and the Third sector themed week 2-4 October
Are you interested in helping the community? Did you know that the UK’s public sector accounts for around a sixth of all those in paid work (source: ONS September 2022)
Do you have a passion for preserving history? There are around 2,500 museums in the UK (source: Museums Association)
Would you like a rewarding job in the Third sector? In 2022 almost one million people worked in the voluntary sector, about 3% of the UK’s workforce (source: NCVO Civil Society Almanac 2022).
There are a huge number of diverse jobs within these sectors open to graduates from a large range of degree disciplines.
We have arranged 3 panels of professionals to talk about their sector, organisation, role and tips on accessing these competitive sectors plus there will be plenty of time for your questions.
Themed week sessions in October include:
