System-Upgrade

Upgrade in progress

To staff, students and applicants:

We are undertaking an upgrade to the RISIS database today (Wednesday 4 March 2015). The RISISweb portal will be unavailable for about one hour. Staff, students and applicants will be unable to log in at present.

All functions are currently disabled. Please log in again later.

If you wish to add additional information to a Student Services Helpdesk online query, you can still do so by replying to the email we have sent you regarding that query. New queries can also be logged by emailing us at helpdesk@reading.ac.uk with your enquiry: your query will be actioned on Tuesday.

Applications for accommodation are dealt with in order of receipt and as no applications can be received, this delay should not affect your application.

All staff are aware of this downtime and that this may affect submission of assignments, uploading of references, completion of application forms, viewing of exam timetables and all other portal based functions.
