The tour will not include visits to academic departments or specific department facilities. The student ambassador leading the tour may be reading a course different from your interests. They would, however, be happy to answer any questions about life and study at Reading. To learn more about our programmes chat with one of our ambassadors or order a prospectus.
When available, we will show you an example of a student room in one of our accommodation complexes. A member of the accommodation team will show you around and answer any questions about our halls or catered meal plans. If you want to learn more about the types of rooms on offer at Reading, please visit our accommodation webpage.
Accommodation tours will be included in the following campus tour dates: 2, 9, and 23 August.
VISITING LONDON ROAD CAMPUS
The London Road Campus is the home of the Institute of Education and the School of Architecture. We are not currently offering tours of London Road; however, you are more than welcome to visit this campus after completing your tour of Whiteknights.
If you cannot make it to one of our Student–Led Campus Tours, you can take a self–guided tour.
You are more than welcome to visit the campus Monday to Friday from 9.00 – 17.00.
GETTING TO CAMPUS
The University is well connected by rail and road, and our two main campuses are very close to the town centre.
