Reading University work history: Started in October 1994 at Child's Hall as a catering assistant, went to St Andrews for a short time then went back to Child's Hall as an assistant cook before joining Food bioscience in October 2000.
I look after the pilot plant, level 1. Ensuring it is clean & ready for student use. I also work in the Sensory section preparing practicals. I am responsible for making sure the levels of hygiene are adhered to and that students/staff/ business staff working in the pilot plant have all they need to fulfill their task. In sensory I find out how many students are attending each week and make the relevant solutions for them. Prepare all the academic needs along with items needed for running of the practical.
