DTS telephone lines to close at 14:00, 31 March 2021

Please note that the Digital Technology Services (DTS) telephone Service Desk will close at 14:00 on 31 March 2021, in preparation for the Easter closure period.

If you need to raise a ticket, you will still be able to do so via the DTS Self Service Portal or by emailing

The early closure of the phone line will enable the Service Desk team to catch up on important queries before the closure period. If an urgent issue happens to arise after 14:00 on 31 March, please flag this in the subject line of your email/Self Service message and a member of the team will get back to you as quickly as possible.

Easter closure

The University will close for the Easter period between 1 April 2021 and 6 April 2021.

The DTS Service Desk will close at 18:00 on 31 March 2021 and will reopen at 08:00 on 7 April 2021.  

During the closure period, you can still log issues via the DTS Self Service Portal or by emailing, but queries will not be checked until 7 April 2021.  

The DTS Counter inside the Library will also be closed during this period. Appointments to visit the counter will be available from 7 April 2021 - for bookings, please visit
