Staff Forum Drop-in Sessions
Monday, 22 June 2020
A message from Steve Guest, Chair of the Staff Forum.
The Staff Forum wants your voice to be heard.
As formal consultation has begun, the Staff Forum wants to give all colleagues a voice by bringing your thoughts, ideas and initiatives forward during the Consultation period.
Whatever grade you are on or the job you do, we would like to hear from you.
We are holding drop-in sessions and discussion sessions from 1pm-2pm this week to provide opportunities for you to engage in the Consultation process:
- Drop-in sessions: Monday 22 June, Wednesday 24 June and Friday 26 June.
- Discussion session: Tuesday 23 June 'Pay Cuts - Pros and Cons'
- Discussion session: Thursday 25 June '4-Day Week - A Fair Option?'
We are keen for colleagues across all grades to engage with the Consultation process, and want all voices to be heard.
We are here to give all staff a voice by bringing your thoughts, ideas and initiatives forward during the Consultation period, but you need to tell us what they are.
If you are interested in attending one of these sessions, please sign up using the forms below:
If you can't attend any of the sessions, you can send your questions or comments directly to the Staff Forum at staff-forum@reading.ac.uk
Effective consultation needs your engagement. We want to hear your views and concerns.
The Staff Forum would also like to keep you informed of progress during the Consultation process. If you would like to receive email updates from us please sign-up to the SF distribution list using the link below:
