New supplier for temporary and ad-hoc staff


From 6 November, Reed Talent Solutions will be University’s main supplier for temporary and ad-hoc roles at the University.

Reed will act as a single point of contact – making phone calls, comparing rates and carrying out the necessary administration, including the invoices for all agency staff appointed by the University.

Reed will work with our existing recruitment agency suppliers to offer managers a preferred pool of candidates.

A number of training sessions have been set up for Reed to demonstrate their online booking system:

  • 31 October (11:00-12:00 – Edith Morley 124, Whiteknights)
  • 1 November (11:00-12:00 – London Road L022 108)
  • 2 November (10:00-11:00 – National Grid, Greenlands)
  • 2 November (13:00-14:00 – Agriculture 2U02, Whiteknights)
  • 8 November (13:00-14:00 – Edith Morley 175, Whiteknights)
