The programme was held towards the end of March, following a successful bid by the International Study and Language Institute (ISLI).

The programme also included external visits and sessions by representatives of HEFCE, QAA, UCAS, the Association of Commonwealth Universities and Universities UK, as well as a visit to SOAS, where the group were hosted by Paula Sanderson, former Chief Operating Officer and Registrar at the University of Reading, Malaysia.

The training was very well-received by the participants, who appreciated the “the opportunity of such beneficial training and exposure abroad” and the “generous and excellent hospitality provided by the University of Reading”
