University phone system: tell us what you want

Telephone system replacement survey

IT Services need your help in identifying the right kind of replacement to our current University telephone system. 

Our telephone exchange was installed 20 years ago – we were recently informed that manufacturer support will cease and so we need to plan for its replacement.  

With the huge changes in communications technology that have been taking place we need to consider what the right solution is for the University to support us in the way we work, communicate and collaborate over the next 5-10 years.  

This is where you come in – a simple form has been created to help gather information and preferences, and will only take around five minutes to complete. 

Data from the survey will be used to help inform the project team’s decisions, so your views really will count.
