Teaching, Learning and Assessment

As a member of staff, you will access and use a wide range of resources to deliver modules to students. It is often difficult to know what you can legitimately copy and re-use, especially with regard to electronic information and online delivery. Teaching faculty benefit from exceptions contained within the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act (as amended) that relate to copying for the purposes of quotation, critique, instruction and examination, which are supplemented by several licence agreements expanding the scope of permissible copying.
