The University provides a range of benefits, both financial and non-financial, that contribute to the experience of working at the University.  We are committed to looking at ways in which to improve the range of benefits available to staff and to make them more tax efficient. 

The University aims to create a fair and transparent reward strategy, ensuring that staff are paid a competitive salary and are recognised and rewarded for their performance and contribution.
