Finance: procedures for suppliers during the Coronavirus lockdown

Dear Suppliers,

Many thanks for continuing to work with the University of Reading, in what is an extraordinary time.

Due to the requirement to work from home we found it necessary to change how we receive your invoices for the foreseeable future.

Could all suppliers please ensure that all invoices are sent to us by email to the address invoices@reading.ac.uk. Invoices sent by post will not be processed and will remain unpaid. Any queries regarding invoices should be sent to the same email address, invoices@reading.ac.uk.
