Developing Others

We have a variety of courses provided which may be useful in your role.

Learning to Lead

This is a brand new course and is designed for people who aspire to management and for people who lead and influence others without direct line management responsibility. It will equip them with the most up-to-date tools and techniques to transition from being a great individual contributor to being a leader of others and develop critical relationship skills.

It consists of 4 x 1-day modules, with self-guided learning exercises and 90-minute Action Learning Sets between each module.

The Inclusive Leader

This is for newly promoted managers and replaces the previous ILM programme. It will equip people with the techniques to get the best from their team, work effectively with diverse stakeholders and maintain an inclusive culture. It consists of 5 x 1-day modules, with self-guided learning exercises, a learning log and 90-minute Action Learning Sets between each module, over a 12-month period. Successful completion of the programme results in a Level 4 qualification awarded by the ILM (Institute of Leadership and Management).

Leading High Performance

This is a brand new programme for experienced leaders that uses the latest thinking to expand their leadership toolkit to maximise performance and engagement in their team, whilst building on the expertise within the room to enhance leadership cognizance.
