Codex Committee on Soups and Broths
This Committee was adjourned sine die by the 12th Session of the Codex Alimentarius Commission (Rome, Italy, 17-28 April 1978). The 21st Session of the Codex Alimentarius Commission (Rome, Italy, 3-8 July 1995) entrusted the revision of the Revised Codex Standard for Bouillons and Consommés (CODEX STAN 117-1981, Rev.1-1995) to the aforesaid Committee. In order to carry out this task, it has been working by correspondence on the revision of the above document.
