PESTICIDES - GB MRL amendments (adopted June 2023)

There have been recent amendments to the GB maximum residue levels (MRL) Statutory Register, setting new statutory levels.

In order to accommodate new authorisations in GB and meet the requirements of international trade, new MRLs have been set in the GB MRL Statutory Register for the following active/commodity combinations:

• Fosetyl-Al (to cover a use of potassium phosphonates)/ potatoes, wheat and products of animal origin
• Cyflufenamid/ hops
• Oxathiapiprolin/ spring onions

The new MRLs for fosetyl-Al and cyflufenamid came into force on 6 June 2023. The new MRL for oxathiapiprolin came into force on 29 June 2023 as indicated in the GB MRL Statutory Register.
