At the Agriculture and Fisheries Council Meeting on the 11th and 12th December, there were discussions on Geographical indications and quality schemes and Front-of-pack nutrition labelling. Regulation on geographical indications and quality schemes – state of play: Information from the Presidency
The Council took note of the state of play regarding the Regulation on geographical indications and quality schemes, on the basis of a Presidency progress report, as set out in 15112/22. It also took note of the comments made by delegations and the Commission.

“Harmonized front of pack labelling and its impact on sustainable food labelling” (Brussels, 10 November 2022): Outcome of the high level conference: Information from the Presidency
The Council took note of the information provided by the Presidency on the outcome of the high level conference "Harmonized front of pack labelling and its impact on sustainable food labelling”, as set out in 15465/22.
The Council also took note of the comments made by Member States and by the Commission.
