FLAVOURINGS – Council consideration: Amendments to the Union list of flavourings

The following is an extract from the minutes of the General Affairs Council on the 21 September 2021:

The Council decided not to oppose the adoption of a Commission regulation amending Regulation (EC) No 1334/2008 as regards the inclusion of 4-amino-5-(3-(isopropylamino)-2,2-dimethyl3oxopropoxy)-2-methylquinoline-3-carboxylic acid in the Union list of flavourings (11647/21; 11141/21 ADD 1).

The Council decided not to oppose the adoption of a Commission regulation amending Regulation (EC) No 1334/2008 as regards the inclusion of 2-(4-methylphenoxy)-N-(1H-pyrazol-3-yl)-N-(thiophen-2-ylmethyl)acetamide in the Union list of flavourings (11650/21; 11129/21 ADD 1).
