The following is an extract from the Minutes of the Justice and Home Affairs Council meeting on the 7-8 June 2021:
The Council decided not to oppose the adoption of a Commission regulation amending annex II to regulation (EC) No 1333/2008 of the European Parliament and of the Council and the annex to Commission regulation (EU) No 231/2012 as regards steviol glycosides (E 960) and rebaudioside M produced via enzyme modification of steviol glycosides from Stevia (8917/21, 8291/21 + ADD 1)
