  • impact of consumption of omega-3 fatty acids during pregnancy on the development of infant immunity (in collaboration with University of Southampton)
  • effects of dietary saturated fat substitution on vascular function
  • influence of eNOS genotype on the vascular response to fish oil
  • impact of a novel probiotic on the immune response to influenza vaccination in a young and older cohort of healthy subjects
  • Comparative effects of different probiotics on immune function (in vivo and in vitro)
  • impact of a wholegrain diet on gut health, immunity and inflammation
