Event Information
Artificial intelligence is increasingly influencing how films are created, produced and experienced. From creative tools and visual effects to ethical considerations and industry practices, AI is reshaping the screen sector in complex and often contested ways. This interactive panel event brings together expert voices from across the film, television, creative technology and AI sectors to explore how AI is really being used in film today, and what this means for the future of storytelling.
Panellists will share practical insight, discuss emerging opportunities and challenges, and reflect on the creative and ethical implications of these technologies. Organised by TVAI in partnership with Reading’s Economy and Destination Agency (REDA), the event is designed to encourage open discussion and audience participation. Attendees will have the opportunity to ask questions, contribute to the conversation and connect with professionals working across film, media and technology.
The evening will include time for informal networking before and after the panel discussion. This event is open to anyone working in film, television, creative technology, or those with a general interest in the impact of AI on creative industries.
